We love all our clients!
Here are just a few example projects.
Feature Prioritization of Healthcare Digital App
Before the release of a new pharmaceutical treatment for Alzheimer’s, our client aimed to build a companion app for Alzheimer’s caregivers. Trailhead was enlisted to prioritize which unmet caregiver needs were most important to be included in the app. Leveraging a survey that included both a Max-Diff and Key Driver Analysis, we were able to prioritize unmet needs that should be addressed in the first round MVP.
Competitive Threat Assessment in Global Retail
As new Chinese platforms emerged on the retail scene, our client aimed to better understand the characteristics of American shoppers and their current utilization of the Chinese platforms. Leveraging a survey, we were able to quantify the threat, inform branding and service strategies meant to maintain and grow customer loyalty, and identify competitive gaps to capitalize on.
Enhanced Customer Experience Across Technology Customer Journey
A global technology company that serves both consumers and enterprises needed to build a common framework for understanding the customer experience with the aim of overcoming organizational silos and delivering a superior customer experience. Leveraging internal & external in-depth interviews, we were able to align multiple disparate functions across the organization, prioritize critical CX initiatives, and build a governance model for acting on customer needs in a way that would grow customer loyalty.
Pet Owner Segmentation & Media Buying Strategy
Our fast growing veterinary healthcare company wanted to segment pet owners to better inform media buying and growth strategy. Leveraging internal in-depth interviews and a market survey + customer survey, we were able to segment the market and build personas which informed media buying that drove greater brand awareness and service utilization.
Fast Food Brand Upgrade
A popular fast food chain wanted to modernize its iconic and traditional branding to attract a new type of consumer. Leveraging detailed customer and consumer journals, we were able to build persona based customer journeys with rich insights on consumer preferences, stylistic choices, attitudes, and barriers. Insights were woven into tactical marketing strategies to overcome barriers to use and attract a new consumer customer base.
Endometriosis Testing Concept Test
A medical device company looking to help give women better clarity when testing for endometriosis, wanted to get early feedback from doctor’s on an initial concept for an endometriosis test. They aimed to identify early potential barriers to adoption and better design the product for the best outcomes. Leveraging both qualitative interviews and a survey to quantify the findings in the interviews, we were able to gather initial impressions, willingness to use, barriers to overcome, and an early assessment on willingness to pay levels.
Thank you for the kind testimonials!
“During my time as Head of Insights at Bright Health, Daniel was a key partner in helping us build our insights program from the ground up. Daniel was a rarity in that he is excellent at having strategic brainstorming sessions, but can also execute and manage research to a very high standard. This made him a perfect partner for us as we both conceptualized how we wanted our research program to look and then brought it to life. During this build process there were many pivots and adaptations we had to make - Daniel was critical in helping us think about how we adapt to build a scalable program and also was incredibly agile when changes need to be made. Finally, Daniel was also a pleasure to work with and I hope our paths cross again soon!”
